[Resolved] Flipkart — 4th Wrong product in a ROW | |||
4th WRONG PRODUCT in a ROW. Recently ordered a Pair of CAT shoes and got only for LEFT leg. Both the shoes were of LEFT LEG. When Asked for refund the website asked for BANK DETAILS. But have had such bad experiences with the company cant risk more. WRONG PRODUCTS and Damaged Products received earlier Voltas AC Mi 4i mobile Phone broken Tempered Glass ( TWICE ) CAT SHoes ( wrong leg side ) ... Its really horrible how the company delivers the products and asks for bank details. Not just me have many many friends with severe issues from FLIPKART. The worst Shopping website... The management team have no sense of talking and the managers have no sense of CUSTOMER care. And always keeps waiting and wastes time. A complete mental TORTURE specially when some product is Urgently needed and required. !!! Was this information helpful? | |||
