[Resolved] Flipkart — Asus Phone not working well and Flipkart not replacing even the product is available in the stock | |||
I have ordered an Asus Zenfone 5 from Flipkart, the phone is ending automatically while I am talking to someone over the phone, and its happeing in 90 % of the calls I make which is disgusting. Now the phone is available in the stock but the executive is not trying to replace it by saying they can not see in the stock. But they are ok in refunding my amount once the phone reaches their warehouse..so much time consuming and pathetic..Would request Flipkart to replace my phone with the other set..
