[Resolved] Flipkart — Broken Item Deliver. Not processing the return | |||
Hi Team, I have brougt a photo frame "Bello Photo Frames MDF Photo Frame" of rs. 1855 INR from Flipkart, Flipkart Order id is "OD[protected] ". After delivery, when i opened the item, frame was found broken. I have raised the complain on flipkart for return but it appears that they are no interested in taking it back. I have been doing followup from 15 days but no output. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the pick up has not been done yet as he has suffered a lot with the product he had received a damaged product but still the refund has not been done yet so informed to customer that we will escalate the issue to the relevant stake holders so that the pick up is done on a priority basis.

Now a days Flipkart services are very poor. They have disabled the refund option as well as they wont replace defective pieces easily. I am also a victim, bought 3 smartphones worth 40K and none of them are working good. Sad I lost my trust with them now.
