Flipkart — cash back in terms of EGV ot recieved

i bought Redmi 1S and i not reveive 5% casback in terms of EGV but still i don, t recieve it.i complained it for 7 times and then they add 300 promotional credit in my flipkart account on afternoon of 04/11/2014 but on same day at night they take back it i complain it but still no solution every time they give me next date but no solution. do something soon. my order number is OD[protected]
