Flipkart — Complain Regarding the Service Oder Id :- OD[protected] | |||
Hi, Please note my Order ID to track the Details first.. Order Id is OD[protected]Product Name:- Motorola Moto 360 Smartwatch let me tell you the order details. Order booked on :- 14th Oct 2014.. Expected Delivery was 24th Oct 2014Order Delivery date got Change once I booked the Order and the New date was 31st oct 2014.. Once I got the New Date I contacted to Customer care on hotline No. and requested them to arrange the product on 22nd Oct 2014 as I want to gift the product to someone else.. and the reply from the team was they will try to get it deliver on 22nd Oct 2014.. after 2 -3 call I got the Message from flipkart stating that my issue will be resolve on 25th Oct by 9 am..( Result the issue is still not resolved ).. Secondly I had already informed the customer Support team regarding the Urgency of Product ( As I want to gift it to some one else on specific date ).. Still the product got shipped with the third class courier company ( Delhivery Courier ).. As I check the tracking details and the mail from flipkart I can expect the delivery on 27th Oct 2014.. where as due to some office work I may be out of station from 27th Oct to 2nd Nov 2014.. I am trying to reach to courier company to know the expected date of delivery so I can make the arrangement accordingly.. But the most disgusting part is no one is answering the call on Delhivery-Partner helpline no. after holding for 2.27 min the call gets disconnected.. I had send them a mail to Delhivery Courier there respecting email id but no one bother to reply on mail.. more than 10 calls.. still no once is ready to answer.. Boss this is the really an Dam Bad experience I am getting with the Flipkart.. First the Order Delivery is Late.. Secondly they are choosing the third class courier company who doesn't care about there customers.. Now I doubt whether I will get my product or not. Secondly find the flipkart expected delivery dates. first promise while booking the consignment was 24th Oct 2014 as expected date of delivery. after booking the product expected delivery date was change to 31st Oct 2014. Then when I had explain my problem to your customer care team, there promise was 22nd Oct 2014. after that i got the Message on cell phone that the query will resolve on 25th oct 2014. ( Result Product is still not received ) Please find the attached mail the expected date of delivery is 27th Oct 2014 and the mail from Flipkart team.. and now you are again back to your old date i.e. 31st Oct 2014 in trailing mail..
