[Resolved] Flipkart — complaint regarding suitcase | |||
hi, i placed an order for a suitcase (NOVEX PCZ25424BLUE Check-in Luggage - 24). Unfortunately flipkart sent me bad quality stuff. which is not even worth Rs 3800. I have sent email to them to change it on 14/06/2015. They excepted my refund request. They picked that suitcase on 15/06/2015 BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUND MY MONEY YET . As per there mail refund supposed to happen on 22/06/2015. I really feel cheated as a consumer. This is not the first time that I have ordered something online. But i am aghast at this irresponsible behavior of FLIPKART. I would like to get a full refund AS SOON As possible.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 24, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that RVP is done and also informed her that we have already refunded Rs.3,800/- back to source. Customer agreed to check and also requested her to send an e-mail with the bank statement( PDF ) if refund is not reflecting. So closing the case.
