[Resolved] Flipkart — Defected charger | |||
I ordered for Envie Ritz Charger+4xAA2100 RechargeableNi-MH Battery 2100*4, Order No.OD[protected], dated[protected], Invoice no.2950, delievered by Modern Enterprises Gurgaon. The charger sent by you do not charge the cells but gets heated. It does not show the glowing of indicaters also. Please look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest. Thanks. Verified Support May 25, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and was not able to make contact. So sent e-mail to customer asking to revert back with alternate number or contact Flipkart customer care, so that we can arrange for a replacement and closing the case.
