[Resolved]  Flipkart — Defective product not able to return

Purchased a LG Refrigerator few weeks back order number : OD[protected] . It is making some loud noise some times. It will not happen every time, but some times. Asked flipkart to take back the product, they are rejecting the request without even contacting me & updating the status saying "The issue is resolved by the seller", But actually it is not. Got calls from flipkart customer care few times and they are trying to explain some non sense things which are NOT TRUE. They are saying we can take back the product only if the same product is not available with the same seller. if the similar product is available with the same seller then we can do exchange. I checked and the product is not available with same seller. Still they are not accepting to take back the product.
