[Resolved] Flipkart — Delay in delivery - order no.: od[protected] | |||||
Dear Sir, Once I was a fan of this online store (Flipkart). However nowadays these people have became the worst. They don't care about the customer requirement / satisfaction. Guess, because, they have grown so big with the help of regular customers like me. This is the second time I am suffering from their proclaimed 'fastest service'. I think they are not happy in I am being a regular customer. Last time (a laptop) even though I paid extra (Rs.99.00) for fast delivery, they delayed the shipment and got the same after so many communications and phone calls. This time they themselves said the delivery date is on or before 20th Nov. Now when I called today (20th Nov) they are saying my issue will be resolved by 23rd Nov. I need the product delivered today itself as I am going out of station tomorrow first half. I swear, I won't buy a single thing hereafter from these buggers and I will inform this thing to all my friends and colleagues.
