[Resolved] Flipkart — delay in refund | |||
I ordered a product(Sony NWZ-B173F 4 GB MP3 Player) with Order-ID : OD[protected] at COD. I received the product and paid Rs.4090/--- to Flipkart. When I opened the product, it was found that wrong product (different version of the product) was sent. I immediately returned the product(on the next day). Since then(about a month) I am trying to get the refund; I have update my bank account details to cs two times and the in the last conversation with CS they are unable to trace my account details. Yesterday CS has sent me a declaration form; I have filled it up and attached the scan copy along with PAN card copy. I have received no acknowledgement of this mail so far. I was a regular customer of Flipkart, but this single incident of refund has frustrated me like anything.
