[Resolved] Flipkart — Delayed delivery of prepaid order and irresponsible behaviour. | |||
Hi, I had purchased a book bearing order number OD[protected] on July 14th 2014. I was supposed to receive my shipment by 18th. Flipkart gave it to me in written. I also have the email for the same. When I kept tracking my order and it showed it was in a transit form two days I asked for an explanation, to which Flipkart replied that there was some problem and the delivery was delayed. They had not apprised me of it unless I contacted them. I was kept waiting even after having made the payments in advance. I got a call from Flipkart's office from Bangalore probably and he assured that I would get my package delivered by 21st of July. I still haven't got my order delivered and there has been no reply to my mail till now. They have shown a very irresponsible side of theirs and they seem not bothered about the reputation they hold with the customer. Even now when I tracked my order, it still shows the shipment is stuck in a transit where it was on 16th July. There has been a reason why I had ordered it more than a week before. 1) They will not update you if the delivery is not being done as scheduled 2) They are least concerned of what they promise to deliver, they should not placate their customers with ostensible apologies and not pay any heed to the concern raised by the customer.
