I purchased online from flipkart lenovo A6000 plus worth 7499 online.The mobile they delivered is rubbish.processor is very slow.mobile is heating up just after short period when I operate.pixels are scattered.Very bad quality of camera and video.It is not as per given mobile specification. Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as she is saying that the phone is getting heated up and the picture quality is not good as customer is asking for the refund so informed top customer that we would not be able to process the refund.

Updated by gupta.shwetaomg wow..flipkart customer say its resolved...my money has gone for the defected phone.they are just useless.Dont resolve customer problem.Never ever buy from flipkart.Such a bad quality.I will sure take it to next level.I want my problem to be resolved.
