Flipkart — Delivered Faulty product OD[protected]-Symphony air cooler | |||
I bought the product Symphony Kaizen Jr air cooler from flipkart. I got it delivered by the exact date. But the product is faulty. Below are the complaints 1) Blower doesn't uniformly deliver air.Exactly speaking air flow is from left side of the blower only. 2)Water level indicator is not working. 3)Description of the product from flipkart is fake.As mentioned in the flipkart specification the air delivery is 1000 cubic mtr, but it is not even upto 100 cubic mtr. 4)The cooler doesn't satisfy its basic need.It is not cooling the air around. I am totally disappointed with the product as well as flipkart.I totally lost my confidence in online purchase just because as if i got cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||
