[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery Charges where not been refunded as they promised | |||
I had ordered Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML on 31st july 2015 for 12999 andfor one day delivery charges paid 90rp so it should be delivered for me by 1st auguest but instead i got the delivery on 3rd august in the evening and when i had conversation with flipkart cuistomer care they promised that the delivery charges money will be refunded to my wallet in flipkart account which i had ordered but today its 24th august till now i didnot got my delivery charges in my account. so i want my delivery charges to be refunded as soon as possible. I tried to contact flipkart customer care again but i couldnot get the chance so am complaining here. Was this information helpful? | |||
