[Resolved] Flipkart — Delivery issue with flipkart | |||||
Hi Flipkart Team, I have been a regular customer of Flipkart for over couple of years now and have had pleasant experiences with them in 9 out of 10 transactions I have conducted. I had one real bad experience (yesterday) This all started few days back on 6th Jan’16. Me and my two other friends were very excited to purchase Shoes online. We ordered 3 Pairs of Shoes of Same brand with different Size. Still we had to pay thrice delivery Charges as we were excited we didn’t mind it. It’s okay. Yesterday, Disaster day where delivery guy came with two boxes of same shape and size. Upon inquiring about 3rd box he said it is there you pay me for 3 boxes. When I opened the 2nd box which was tagged as quantity of 2 shoes. It was having only one pair of shoes in it. When we contacted on Helpline we got very illogical answer. You pay for 3 shoes and we will deliver it to you afterwards when not sure, I asked for full refund or deliver it in next 5 days, I got straight answer not possible. You go online and order it again and it will get delivered after 15 days. Please wait. I asked for higher person. Call got transferred to Sapna Babu. She denied for any help and informed us to book it online as it was our mistake as Flipkart is not responsible. They inquired did you open the box. If we didn’t open the box than how come we get the surety of box containing two pairs of Shoes in it. We have taken only one pair of shoes. We didn’t pay for another two shoes as they were not delivered to us. She transfer my call to Some Manager and was committed that we will get the product for Free if you send us an email stating our problem. Even they can commit us anything. IT WAS OUR PROBLEM THAT WE ORDRED THREE PAIRS OF SHOES ONLINE AND THAT TO ON COD. I would say your vendor is a big cheater and you cannot commit if we order anything. For facing such problem. I need my shoes in next 5 days as it was a miss from your end. I want it FOC as well. Please let me know if you can’t delivery it. I want to highlight this to public as well. Wherein I can make it public to other’s knowledge as well. Where you cheat people. Today I am not happy with your services it is bad experience with Flipkart. The meaning of above smiley's you guys are cheater your vendor's are cheater they mention two product and they deliver only 1 product. It was started on Order Date: 6 January, 2016 6:59 PM. I was order two different shoes through flipkart .
