[Resolved]  Flipkart — Deny of return Request

I had made the purchase the Router of D-Link ADSL 2750U from the flipkart Order ID-OD[protected]. After knowing that the router is not compatible with my LAN connection as it need the telephone connection. i requested for the return to the Flip5kart team but they denied my request. They told me that it is not under the policy of the Flipkart. but i wan t to know if this can't happen then what is the use of online shopping. I would have visited the local shop and made my purchase over there even they give this provision to return the product and take the desired and suitable one. Now this product is of no use to me and I am in a loss of 2000 Bugs from he Flipkart and really very disappointed and has not made my single purchase from them till now, Please help me i am in a big trouble as a customer I am not satisfied with the service, this is really a mental torture to any customer which is a regular customer of the flipkart, Please help me somebody.
