[Resolved] Flipkart — Eagle QQ155 Roti/Khakhra Maker | |||||
This complaint is related to my flipkart order id OD[protected]. I had purchased Eagle QQ155 Roti/Khakhra Maker on 14th October 2015 . A broken product was delivered to me few days later, I requested a replacement for the damaged product. The second time an unbranded and broken roti maker was delivered. I again complained to flipkart about the same and they suggested another replacement to which I agreed. In the third delivery that happen on 23rd November one and a half month after placing the order came with a product that was even more damaged and broken, completely useless. When I confronted Flipkart they could only say sorry and offer refund. I have purchased this item during the discounts at Flipkart and not the product is available at triple the cost on other sites. I do not want a refund I want the proper product. Flipkart says they cannot give me the product now. only refund. I have photos and damaged product with bills as evidence. Verified Support Nov 30, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed that replacement has been already approved and the delivery TAT has been informed. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case.
