[Resolved] Flipkart — False Order Confirmation | |||
On 11-May-2015 I ordered samsung galaxy S3 Neo (order Id OD[protected] from flipkart to the Pin Code 226001. I showed that the delivery was available at the location. (Photo attached) On 16-May-2015 I called the customer care for the information about the product, the representative told me that the delivery is under process. On 17-May-2015, I got a message from flipkart stating that the order has been cancelled. When I called the customer care again, he said that the delivery is not available at the location. Verified Support May 19, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on "[protected]' and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number and also informing the reason why his orders were not delivered and closing the case.
