[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart cheated Rs 46,000 and provides no customer care to resolve the problem

I had written a complaint against Flipkart for cheating me by delivering an used laptop for Rs. 46, 000 Order: OD[protected] Bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from Flipkart for 46, 000 rupees in June. They haven't resolved the problem yet. Unlike Amazon and Snapdeal, Flipkart cheats their customers. After cheating, they don't know how to resolve the issue. They don't know how to retain their customers. I find no traces of customer care in Flipkart. Whereas, this is not the same with other online markets. Spoke to customer she told that pickup is not done till now, informed customer pickup will be done by tomorrow as customer is very much irriate and needs refund at earliest. Told her once the pickup is done refund will be initiated and will be credited within 8 business days.

You have delivered a defected product in the second week of June, and when I filed a customer complaint and requested for refund, you pushed me take a replacement. You took such a long time and replaced a second hand product. If this is how you cheat customers, in what assurance should I agree for refund after 8 days from the date of returning the product? How do you expect me to trust your organization, when you have failed by replacing a second hand product? You have still have not resolved a valuable customer who have paid cash before delivery. Is this called cordiale assurance?

If you're sending your executive to collect the product, also make sure you provide me with a copy of refund assurance receipt.
