[Resolved]  Flipkart — Horrible delay in replacing the defective TV

Dear Sir, My order OD[protected] Unfortunately I ordered for a 42 inch LED smart TV and the below is the snapshot of the same.(unfortunate because this is 2nd time I am facing the problem, initially with Samsung galaxy mobile this is 2nd time with TV) I received the item on 19th and the same day the installation person/engineer came and installed the TV and gave demo. But unfortunately it got both audio and video problem with the TV. So we raised a complaint and also communicated to customer care through phone and we were told by 24 hrs. Service engineer will visit and he will confirm the same. The service engineer came on 24th (i.e. 4 days after complaint, this is how customer treated).the service engineer checked the TV and confirmed the problem with the TV only. Then again service engineer and we our self also raised the complaint and we made repeatedly called customer care many times with the complaint. But every time same drama we will attend it in 24 hrs. (the standard story).Again 27th I talked to customer care up to some senior level about 1:15 hrs. Customer care executive taking the phone and after listening the problem forwarding to their senior level it went on some time. After more than an hour one of your senior executive told me that the problem will be attended by 24 hrs. Today it is 31st that means already 4 days gone. Don’t you think silly in telling the same 24 hrs tory for all the time? Don’t you shame on yourself. Its minimum common-sense. It’s disgusting to have people like you in the market with this reputation. This is my second time worst experience with flip kart. What the hell your problem in attending customer problem that to after taking all the money. You received the money on that day when I placed the order, then what the hell with this delay, first of all in the beginning you sent defective TV on top of that no replacement. When I asked for money refund, I was told as per our policy only replacement, where the policy come from it was defined by you only. When refund is not there you should sent perfect item. You are harassing customers like anything with this kind of delay …..For getting in touch with customer care and explaining the problem it’s horrible…we have to wait in line for long time and after that also everyone says OK it will be attended in 24Hrs. Dear gentle man…If possible please refund my money…I am very glad to that…When you could not replace what the point in holding it like that…please refund my money…. Think at least once at customer point of view, paid money for TV on 15th and received defective TV and every day told 24 hrs replacement. When that 24 Hrs will come… Its my humble request please …please refund money I don’t need any replacement….At least please consider this time for refund…
