Flipkart — I am complaining about dissatisfactory service of an product return | |||||
I have ordered an iron from flipkart around 1 month ago from this date. At first time product was not properly functioning so we requested replace and the product was replaced for the second time is used product (Not new) and also not functioning properly. It has been nearly a month since i requested second time replacement from flipkart. Since then i have got no positive reply from flipkart side and even there answer differs even they are telling different answer every time i ask for an answer (I have called flipkart for this item at least for 7-10 times) finally when i asked one of their customer care executive they submitted request for refunding (1 week ago) and when i called them tomorrow for refund they indirectly denied refund and customer care executive aren't help anymore... They wont even transferring my call to their superior even... Plz help me on this subject... What should i do? Where should i file report against them (Flipkart)?
