Flipkart — I am complaining about the damaged product and the refund status | |||||
I have purchased two seagate barracuda 2 tb internal hard drive on 14th march, 2016 and delievered on 23rd march, 2016. I recieved both the duplicate and damaged hard disks. I lodged complaint about this to flipkart and they told me that they dont have any stock so they cant replace the product, they will refund my money in my bank account. Today is 27 may, 2016 and after following up for more than two months they are not refunding my money back. Everyday they lie me that they will pick the product and refud my money, but till now they have not even pick the product. I request you to pls get my refund back.
