Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and he complains stating that he has not received the battery & case cover along with the product. He says in the delivery there was a slip that shows these items will be shipped as freebies with the purchase of (Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W830 Point & Shoot Camera) . However, as per item level offer & website information only 10% off is listed and the same is already offered. Customer said he will share the snaphot soon..
