[Resolved] Flipkart Internet Private Limited — No refund or replacement recieved even after about 2 months & many reminders | |||
I placed order No. OD[protected] on June 10. The product (fan) delivered was badly damaged. I requested replacement, however my request was changed to refund. Till then I have repeatedly requested them to refund the money. But every time I write, I get same mail that your case has been escalated to concerned team. Then customer support informed that they can't add refund to my Flipkart account, but only to bank account, which I don't have. Not they are neither providing me replacement not refund. Regards. Verified Support Aug 03, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer told him will be sending declaration form and to fill that in hand and revert back. Customer agreed closing till he reverts.
