[Resolved]  Flipkart Internet Private Limited — order cancel without informing after order packed

Dear team, i have order a product named LG HBS-730 BLUETOOTH HANDSET @ 930/- RS. ON THE DATE Of 25 march 2015 at 11:01 am, and i got a massage from company that your order is placed with order number :- OD[protected]..which was approved by flipkart and then after i got massage from flipkart on the same day @ 12 :00 pm that " lg-hbs-730 bluetooth h ...is paked by seller and ready to be shipped. and you will get tracking details once we ship it."...And the whole transaction was done via egv (e-gift vopucher), which was purchased (2000/- rs vouchers) by me from flipkart itself...After that order i placed 3 more iteams from the same site and then all are already shipeed to me... but after so many days left today (31/03/2015) i was thinking to call in customer care regarding the shipment of bluetooth at after noon but was unable to call as buzy sedual and when i was on my way towards my home i got massage from flipkart that your order is cancelled and the amount will be refund in 7-10 woking days..After reached my home i called to customer care number [protected] and discussed with Mr. pankaj sharma for 1 hour and 10 mjins regarding the problem and request him to help to complain regarding not satisfied and didnt get the producst as the company (flipkart) committed and registered complain with complain number:[protected] as the call was held from 7:44 pm to 8:54 pm...these was the situation was happend with me as a customer i pain full amount demanded by the flipkart and placed order for the product and the compnay was not informed me even before cancel my order itself...i want the product with the same price and with good condition as flupkart was taken my order for the first time...and even i want to file a co0mplain against the flipkart company to broke my trust for online shopping...and if company will not fulfill customers need then requesty you to please help me to take strikt action according to law...

Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why his order was cancelled and he was not happy with the resolution provided as he wants the price difference to be given. Informed him that we can only offer certain amount to his wallet. Customer was not happy with it.

AS MY COMPLAIN WAS GIVEN BEFORE...I GOT THE CALL FROM FLIPKART TEAMON 01/04/2015 @ 3:03 PM AND THE CALL WAS END UP @ 3:16 PM (13 MINS) FROM THE NUMBER :-[protected]...THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NAMED MS. ARSHIYA, SHE TOLD ME THE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS UNAVAILABKLE FROM THE OLD SELLER AND I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAS TO PLACE NEW ORDER FROM ANOTHER SELLER WHO HAVE THE PRODUCT AVAILABLE AND WHILE PLACING THE ORDER I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAS TO CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER :- [protected]
.. AND THEN AFTER I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAVE TO GIVE REFRENCE NUMBER, SO THAT THE EXTRA AMOUNT WILL BE CREADITE BY US (FLIPKART) TO YOUR WALLET ACCOUNT AND THEN I (RAJIV MEHTA) CAN USE THE AMOUNT TO PUTRCHASE SAME PRODUCT...
AS I WROTE THE DISCUSSION WITH ME AND ARSHIYA I CAME HOME AND OPEN FLIPKART TO PLACE ORDER AND CALL IN CUSTOMER CARE [protected] AND TALKED WITH MR ABHISHEK KUMAR AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE DISCUSSION WITH MS ARSHIYA, HE TOLD ME THAT THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AS SHE DISCUSSED WITH YOU...
SO AFTER DISCUSS WITH MR ABHISHEK KUMAR I TOLD HIM TO RAISE MY COMPLAIN AND REGISTERED NEW COMPLAIN AND FORWARD IT TO SENIOR PERSON AN HE DO THAT AND GAVE ME A NEW COMPLAIN NO:[protected]...AND THE CALL WAS HELD FOR 52 MINS (5:31 PM TO 6:24 PM)...

AFTER THAT I GOT A ONE MORE CALL FROM THE NUMBER [protected] AS THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT HE IS TALKING FROM SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM FROM FLIPKART AND MR. SAIYAD MISTA HUSSAIN WAS ON CALL AND HE REFUSED EVERYONES STATEMENT GIVEN TO ME SINCE I RAISE THE COMPLAIN FROM MR PANKAJ SHARMA, MR ABHISHEK KUMAR AND MS ARSHIYA...
AND EVERYONE WAS TELLING WRONG ANSWER FOR EACH STATEMENT GIVEN BY THE OTHERS AND MR SAIYAD TOLD ME THAT THEY WANT TO TELLL ME THAT EXECTLY WHAT MY SAIYAD IS SAYING...AND AS I LISEN HIM THAT HE IS TRYING TO ORDER ME THAT HE IS THE RIGHT PERSOAN SAYING ME RIGHT AND ALL COMMITMENTS ARE WAS WRONG...AND HE TOLD ME THAT WE R NOT GIVING U MORE THEN 90 RUPEES FOR THE COMPANSATION...AND AS I TOLD CLEARLY THAT I DOESNT REQUIRE MONEY FROM THE COMPANY BUTU AS I ORDER THE PRODUCT, I ONLY NEED THE FRESHPRODUCT AND IT WAS COMPANY LOOK OUT THAT FROM WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE ME AFTER RECIEVING MY ADVANCE PAYMANET...MEAN WHILE THE DISCUSSION SUDDENLY THE VOICE CHANGE, AND I WAS SURPRISE THAT SOME ONE TRAYING TO ABUSE ME WHITH HIS STRONG AND BEDLY TALK THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ME ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND I ASKED HIM TO TELL HIS NAME, AND HE REPLIED ME THAT HIS NAME IS MR. CHARLES AND HE IS THE INCHARGE...I TOLD HIM THAT I DONT WANT TO DISCUSS MORE AS I ALREADY FED UP WITH SERVICE AND DISCUSSION WITHOUT MY PROBLEMS SOLUTION, SO REUQEST HIM TO PROVIDE ME THE PRODUCT
