Flipkart, Micromax — No replacement, No refund for the broken Micromax TV delivered by FlipKart | |||
I bought a Micromax 40T2820FHD 40 inches LED TV from FlipCart online during their mega-sale on 6th October for Rs 20, 990.00. The said TV was delivered in most unprofessional way and it was found to be broken when the TV was taken out for demo by heir Demo team. A complaint was lodged with them on their consumer contact email ID, even the phots were supplied. They accepted the liability and then said that they can not replace the TV as they do not have any stock at Bangalore. Then they said they would refund the money after the faulty piece has been picked up by their agent. Then every two days, they have been sending emails asking for extension of time to resolve (sic!) the issue. Now, they have stopped sending emails even! Pl guide me how I can I get my money back.
