Flipkart — Missing product & money taken in advance | |||
I am astonished company which spends CRORES of rupees in marketing cant spend in quality check before dispatching products. I orderded for laptops in Billion Day Sale and product arrived today. Delivery person refused to let us check the product before paying for the entire amount & after we paid handed over the product & before we could check left as if he knew something was wrong & he would get caught. Of 2 laptops we ordered one was missing upon calling the delivery guy he said thats not his problem & we should contact Flipkart. Which we did & were directed to 3 different rep before complain was taken and after paying for entire products we are told it would take 3 days to resolve the issue as they don't know where the product is. Delivery Box mentions: 2 qty This is ridiculous customer service & for sure a lost customer. I urge people of India not to trust online especially from FAKEKART Was this information helpful? | |||
