[Resolved] Flipkart — missing product

I had ordered a pair of curtain from flipkart... When I got the delivery, I opened the packet and found that there was only one curtain inside. Several times I called the customer care .but nobody resolved my issue and gave me inappropriate answers.. I have losed hope that they will do anything. My order number is OD[protected]

Flipkart Customer Care's response The issue is already addressed and we have already arranged to ship 1 qty which was missing in the original shipment. Issue stands resolved. So closing the case.

I have oredered a samsung mobile charger including micro usb cable on april 28 2015 with order id OD[protected] and from the seller YOSHOPPY . I have received the order but only a charger was there in the box, no cable was there. I requested for a replacement but the ekart logistics guy refused to replace the product because the product can only be replaced when there is a micro usb cable in it but I have not received it .
Totally Unsatisfied with the service of flipkart.
