[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile cover | |||
Dear Flipkart team Please note that I had purchased 2 mobile covers (Samsung Duos S7582) on 22 August 2014. A box (with a receipt on top stating that it contained 2 mobile covers) was delivered to my address. Unfortunately I was out of Mumbai when the box was delivered and my mother kept the box without opening. Last week when I came back I realised that the box contained only one mobile cover. I immediately contacted Flipkart customer care and they informed me that the mobile cover delivered should be returned and they will reimburse me. The next day I called again and I was informed that I could keep the mobile cover and they will refund me for the undelivered item. Later I was informed that they could not consider my conplaint since the return policy was only for 10 days. I explain to them that I have been out of Mumbai and didnt check the content of the box untill last week. I have been cheated and I am very disappointed with the service offered.
