[Resolved]  Flipkart — Mobile return

I had purchased an HTC mobile - HTC desire 620G under order id no:[protected]. The handset is having issues such as heating problem, battery drain, hangs and app not working properly. I had reported the issue to your team on 21 July 15 and they reverted that technical team would call to assist you. There was no call from team, however I got a message that phone can't be returned. I raised complain again and received same response that there would be call from technical team. This time also they didn't called and sent a message that you are not picking phone. Pity on customer service and tech team. Such a service standards are exact opposite to the Big Claims made by Flipkart regarding customer satisfaction, Seller warranty, return process, etc. I need to return the phone and get refund. Please help or suggest alternate way (such as consumer court etc).
