[Resolved] Flipkart — Money Refund not done | |||||
I have ordered Asus zenfone 2 laser and order id was OD[protected] and paid money as COD option in hard cash. then had hardware prob in phone and returned it .they returned amount 9999 rs. for the product in flipkart wallet and again i have ordered one more phone K3 note . I was tried to use that wallet amt but no option was there so i have ordered it COD.after that my wallet amt showing 0 rs. In between i have requested to transfer my money to my bank ac. and more then 10 times i have given my bank details . whenever i m calling they are telling technical issue please call after one hour or call tomorrow. and they send some mail also that 3rd oct your issue will resolved, but still not.they are not able to tell any solution.where my money went.
