Flipkart — Mothertouch wonder cradle | |||||
I have ordered the cradle to my niece on sep 17th 2016. The scheduled delivery is 19th sep 2016. I didn't received the product until 21st sep 2016. I had called flipkart customer support and they assured the delivery on or before 24th sep 2016, 8.30 am. I didn't received the product even after 24th sep 2016. Today is 26th sep 2016. I had many calls with flipkart customer care. They say not to worry and my product will be delivered by 28th sep 2016. I asked them if it is not delivered, then their answer is to cancel the order and re-place the order again. This is very bad. I had talks with customer care for hours but no resolution. They asked me to wait that's it. The product is not for me. It's a cradle. My niece suffering a lot for her sleep. No one understands the problem as it's not their kid. My niece got vaccinated on 24th and she is unable to sleep on bed with the pain. But these people never understand anything. The team should give utmost importance as the product is for infant baby. They called me finally and told me to cancel the order as they cannot deliver it. I would be very happy if they had told me this when i called them on 21st. I don't know why they made me wait these many days and telling me now to cancel the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
