Hi flipkart team,
Today i got message as well as mail, which mentioned delivery date wednesday, may 18, 2016.
But i got my product on monday, may 16, 2016.
Why is diversity is there regarding delivery date??
And there is no contact number present in message which received from flipkart, please find attach images.
How could i tell courier person, that currently i am not at home??
I have purchased many products from flipkart but this one order change my mind.
Please look into this.

Request please don't break the mail trail as we won't able to recollect our points.

My question if Flipkart made a mistake for the delivery or rather wrong commitment then why a customer get hampered.

Please note you have accepted the order based on defined price point and you failed to deliver the same on the date and you have also cancelled the order without the permission from the customer.

IS THIS THE SERVICE FLIPKART PROVIDES??????
WHY YOU HAVE TAKRN THE ORDER?
YOU CANNOT PLAY WITH CUSTOMER MONEY AND TIME ALSO IT HAS SOME BACK TO BACK COMMITMENT.
WE HAVE THE SMS THAT THE ORDER IS GOING TO BE DELIVER NEXT DAY, WHAT HAPPENED???

NOW CAN YOU ROLLBACK MY TIME WHICH I HAVE COMMITTEE TO SOMEONE????
DONT YOU THINK ITS YOUR MORAL RESPONSIBLY TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AS GOODWILL GESTURE.

HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THE LEAGAL IMPLECATION FOR THE SAME.

THUS EXPECTING YOUR POSITIVE ANSWER ELSE WE HAVE ONLY OPTION TO GO TO THE CONSUMER GREAVANCES COURT FOR HARRACING CUSTOMER, COMMITED FOR DELIVERY BUT NOT DELIVERED, CANCELLED ORDER WITHOUT TAKING PERMISSION FROM CUSTOMER.

I EXPECT THE PROMPT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER WITH NO COST. TREAT THIS AS AN OFFICIAL INTIMATION.

HOPE THIS IS WELL EXPLANAIED AND EXPECT A BRAND LIKE FLIPKART WILL DO THE NEEDFUL.

PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR BRAND VALUE DOWN TO OTHER WOULD BE CUSTOMER.
