[Resolved] Flipkart — No after sales support on LED TV by flipkart | |||
Hello, I am facing difficulty dealing with flipkart, where they delivered LED TV on 15th May and when the installation was requested on 23rd, no installation was done till 26th. Flipkart customer care center is not appropriately handling the case and advising me to go to Consumer court for further services. With such services I really want to return my TV and want refund and inconvenience charges. I have gone through harassment and misdealing from Flipkart customer care and they didn't let me speak to their Managers. Time and date of installations was wrongly committed Multiple times.
