[Resolved] Flipkart — No notification after 24 hours | |||
On 6th october, I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER for RED-Mi phone and spice android one phone using my CITI bank credit card. Total amount deducted from my card is 11498 rs. at 12:55 IST on 6th october. I have not got any notification via mail or SMS about my order. I am also checking orders section in my flipkart account, but I am not getting history/detail for my order. I have tried customer care but it's busy or not reachable, Can someone suggest about this problem, what to do.? Was this information helpful? | |||
