[Resolved] Flipkart — non receipt of pre paid item | |||
i have booked a laptop bag on 15/1/2015. but i have not received it till date. Spoke to the customer service guy Swapnil. But he too didnt have the clue about it. When i asked to refund my money he asked me that i have to wait till the shipment returns back to them...so again i have been asked to wait for 5 more days. Was this information helpful? | |||
