[Resolved] Flipkart — not delivering the product after rescheduling | |||
I purchased sony zultrafor rs12600 from flipkart on big app shopping days, The expected delivery was 3rd of july but the product was out for delivery on 30th june at that time Iwas not available at my place so I mailed to flipkart as well as contacted to courier service partner e kart logistics and I rescheduled the delivery date on 4th of july but I got msg of product cancellation on 2nd of july.I contacted to flipkart as well as their courier partner but they it is rejected now and though it is avaiable at hub the product cant be delivered and if I want the product nowthen I have to pay the current amount of the productwhich is 20500rs. The courier srvice even did not give any kind of msg or notification after 30th june and they say the product is scanned daily so it shows out for delivery 3 timed and so theproduct got canceellled automaticallyby the system itself.Then why they rescheduled the delivery date and why they did not inform me before cancellation.
