Flipkart — not delivery

I booked one product commando six white shoe through flipkart order no: [protected] . I wrote my mobile no: [protected] clearly and I wrote my adress danavaipeta, rajahmundry. I received a message on22/4/2015 the detailed message is ( we could not complete todays deliverey of "xpert commondo 6 white shoe" in your flipcart order. we call u shortly to provide further assistance.) at 9:30am I went EKART office, danavaipeta rajahmundry at 22/4/2015 evening 4:00 pm. I did not received any call from ECART office. when I went the ekart offfice the employees said the product is return. With out any intimation or any call how can the product is returned same day.
