[Resolved] Flipkart — Not giving any reply | |||
I have purchased lenovo k3 note on[protected]invoice no- blr_wfld[protected]) and got the order on 2 aug but after a week it started hanging too much and charger also stopped working. For this i reported the problem and i aas asked for some troubleshooting process to replace the order. But they refused my replacement request and said that device is perfect and said that if i face the same problem then i can call later. But now i am calling since 5 days daily and every time they give me the assurity that they will call me within 24 hours but i didn't any callback yet. i want quick replacement. Kindly help me.
