Flipkart — Not giving refund product is not as described

I bought BPL 41PEMVF1 102 cm (40) LED TV order id - OD[protected] which was delivered on 20th November 2015 same day installed . when i tried it was not playing all the movie formats, infact no movie format is not supported . I called the customer care same day and they accepted my request for refund and told they will do reverse pickup in 5 day i will get money in my account next day the product reach warehouse. But after 5 days i.e on 25 th november 2015 I got call that they will not accept my request for refund and can only send technical person. In there is catalogue/listing there is no information about the format this tv will accept. It means they are hiding information from the customer. secondly as per 30 days refund policy they have to give refund if it is not as described . This TV is useless scrap for me if I cannot watch all format movies. Request to kindly intervene and solve this issue. Poonam chopra [protected]
