[Resolved] Flipkart — Not happy with the flipkart service | |||
I got call from courier guy(+91-[protected]) to handover the this Item(order OD[protected] today(24th Oct 2014 3:50PM), and I gave him the exact address where he has to come but he said can't come to my house to handover instead of that I need to go where is was standing to collect the Item. In that case what is the purpose of giving exact address while ordering. I called customer care for informing this and take necessrey action he also said he can't do anything. I can't accept this type of service from flipcart and I am not interested to continue with flipcart going forward, and I cancelled this item only bcz of this service Was this information helpful? | |||
