Flipkart — not receive my order

i ordered Sonata Analog Watch - For Women Qty: 2 through credit card .the oreder no. is OD[protected] on dated 04-01-15 . but i recived Qty -1 only .inspite of more than five times to call customer care for the day, nothing has happened.
