I have ordered a product on 7 June 2015, it was delivered on 12 June 2015 by 1pm and returned it the same day i.e., on 12 June 2015 by 3pm. I asked them to refund money into my account and gave my account details. They have sent me reply saying that my issue will be resolved by 19 June 2015, 4pm. Later mailed me that the problem will be resolved by 30 June 2015, 8.30AM. On 28/6/2015 the mail was like this -
"We understand your concern regarding the refund for your order OD[protected] and I’m glad to inform you that the seller has initiated a refund of Rs.418/- to your bank account on[protected].
This refund will reflect in 5 Business days as per standard banking procedures.
In case you do not receive your refund as mentioned, please get back to us and we will certainly assist you further."
Again on 30/6/2015 i received mail -
"We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 30 Jun, 8:30 AM. "
On 30/6/2015 i got a mail from them which is as follows -
"We have successfully processed your refund request against your order OD[protected].
The amount of Rs. 418.00 is credited to your beneficiary bank account. "
I have checked my account and found that the money was not refunded in my account. I called them and they sent a mail that it will be solved by 13/8/2015. Even I called them before complaining here.
I want my money to be refunded please help me in this regard. If the Online shopping companies will behave like this then the customers will not buy from them anymore and moreover they took back the product within a day but money has not been refunded till now.
