Flipkart — Not replacing the phone

I have ordered a mobile for my brother and the order ID is OD[protected]. There is a fault in the mobile and when I asked to return, they said its minor issue and they will not return it. They said that it can be fixed by taking certain steps. Even the steps they said is not working and they bluntly refused to return it. Don't know how to act on this. How can I take a legal action against it. They say they have a 30 day return policy but now they are not exchanging. Can you please help.

As per the complain raised the replacement is been processed to customer and the product is in transit informed the same to customer and he agreed to close the case.

I purchased a redmi phone from flipkart order no.- OD[protected] its been time and again i have been calling them to replace the phone as i have been facing problems with the display of the phone from very 1st day i filed the complaint on the customer care no.
