[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order #[protected] Pathetic service ( Order not shipped)

Hi, This mail is about the pathetic service that I am experiencing from Flipkart. I have made shopped online several times from other retailers ( Amazon, ebay etc) but this is the first time I am experiencing the worst service ever. Lets cut it short. I ordered Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] on 14th Aug, 2015 10:04 PM and was scheduled to be delivered yesterday ( 17th August, Monday). However when I didnt get any intimation about the same or any calls from the delivery people, I called customer care only to be shocked to know that the order is not processed and I may have to re-order. Yesterday, I called customer service several times and most of the time the line disconnected ( Probably reps disconnected else I dont see the reason why would disconnect and worst part is nobody even bothered called me back when calls disconeceted - about 4 call disconnects from a reputed company like Flipkart is unacceptable). They claim they dont have option to call back, even one of the managers said she dont have option to call me back. Flipkart has not shipped the product yet. Later I called back adn spoke to a different manager and he apologized for the delay and HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE PRODUCT TODAY ( 18th AUGUST BEFORE 1AM).. He even said there is every possibility that I may get it much much earlier than this. I was supposed to go to my hometown yesterday and I canceled the trip at the last moment as he promised that I would be getting my order today. I decided to wait for one more day. I called Flipkart today around 12:30PM and spoke to someone who could not communicate in English, later I requested for a manager who was worst than this guy in communication. I requested for someone who could speak English so that we could understand each other, and after keeping me on hold for close to 5 mins he found someone who could speak Englisk. A lady by name Anupama ( if am not wrong) took over the call and said she is the Manager. I explained about my order and she seemed to be in too much hurry as she intefered several times while I was trying to tell her something.I asked her to transfer he call to someone who has the patience to hear my grievenace but she continued speaking. When requested for the status of my order, SHE SAID I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND A REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED WHICH I IMMEDIATEDLY DENIED. SHE FURTHER SAID THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK WHICH LOOKED LIKE A BIG JOKE AS I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND I WOULD BE RECEIVING IT ON 17TH AUGUST. SHE ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHICH I DENIED SAYING I WOULD NOT DO THAT AS ITS NOT MY MISTAKE AND IF YOU DISPLAYED A PRODUCT ONLINE FOR SALE AND NOT SHIPPING YET GIVING " OUT OF STOCK" REASONS ITS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHEATING PUBLI. WHEN REQUESTED FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE CORPORTATE TEAM SHE DENIED. WHY WOULD SOMEONE BE AFRAID IF THEY HAVE DONE THEIR JOB CORRECTLY? AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, I AM NOT GONNA CANCEL THIS ORDER NO MATTER WHAT. FLIPKART HAS ALREADY HELD MY AMOUNT AND NOT SHIPPED THE PRODCUCT. I HAVE ALSO INSTALLED TATA SKY DISH BELIEVING THE MISLEADING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR REPS AND MANAGERS. ORDER DETAILS _____________ Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] Rs.27, 893.00 with an additional cash back offer of Rs.2000 which amounted upto Rs.25, 893.00. Monthly installment Rs.3297.00 total interest Rs.1, 773.00 I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO SHIP THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE ORDERED ASAP. I HAVE ALREADY SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART WITH A COUPLE OF CONSUMER FORUMS WHICH IS ONLY GOING TO MORE ESCALATIONS FROM NOW ON. I JUST DONT SOMEONE CHEATING ME.
