Flipkart — Order cancellation by company without reason | |||||
To, Whoever it may concern. Sir/Mam. I am subrata Tarafdar and I had booked badminton racquets twice online. But both the orders were cancel by flipcart without any reason. I had called the customer care on 26-11-15, the customer service executive couldn't provide any relevant answer and asked for a time of 24 hours to investigate and solve.. till now there is no revert from Flipkart. My last order number is- OD[protected]. This is a repeated incident. My earnest request to you is to intervene and expedite.
