[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancellation | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, There was an offer on Flipkart.com on 6/10/2014 regarding sale of Mobile Handset Motorola Moto E for Rs. 1500/- per handset. I booked 4 units of Moto E at that time and choose the cash on delivery mode for the payment. I received Order confirmation mail also for the same. But next day they Cancelled my order and refused to deliver the order. I spent my Internet Data Pack and whole day to book the Orders on Flipkart. This incurred a loss in monetary terms. Compensation money provided by Flipkart is 1500 to My Flipkart Account Wallet. I want my Ordered products to be delivered at that same price. (4 units of Moto E amounting to a total of 6000). I don't want the given compensation. I want my Orders at the same price(4 units of Moto E amounting to a total of 6000). Please do the needful in this regard. Thank You. had purchased a mobile from flip cart but on 6 oct review I could not read . I order the same but i want to cancellation of product but it is denied by company. What to do i have not received my goods. kindly help
I have submitted an order on 20th october in flipkart, on 29th october i got a message saying the order cancel request has been initiated as requested by you, but i did not even know about this, when i called customer care they are telling it has been cancelled by courier service,
so first the message came with order has been cancelled by me, second reason they are telling it has been cancelled by the courier service, the reason they are telling is because its a defective product, but i dont know how the courier service knows about the product is defective or not,
flipkart is trying to fool me with false promise, and they have cancelled my order for some reasons which i dont know and sending messages that i have cancelled my order.

Hi, My name is Mukesh. I reside at Silvassa. I had ordered "Nova Trendy NHT 1046 Trimmer For Men " with it on 26/01/2015; however, a very next day I got a message stating that my order has been cancelled. When I called customer service to explore a possible cause of my order being cancelled without any notifications, they literally gave me no damn reason of it and just ignored it. I wonder if they did not have/did not want to deliver why the hell they accpeted my order.
