Flipkart — order ID is OD[protected] i got defective product

i bought a d-link usb adopter. order ID is OD[protected]. i receive defective product. when i plugin my computer the light o[censored]sb adopter was not blinking. this is defect as per there user guide. so please replace it or take return it. thank you
