My order Order ID: OD[protected] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever. Being A plus member i have always purchased products from flipkar. Now I am Disappointed. The product which is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Haven't shipped yet. I am going to consumer court if its not arrived tomorrow. In addition this laptop was purchased in Big Billion Day considering the Offer. Flipkart wasted my valuable other offers time and money on this order.

I ordered a laptop in bbd sale on 17 oct and delivery date given on 23 oct. When i see my orders in flipkart app its showing as arriving tomorrow but in the tracker it is showing as not shipped yet. Please look into it.

I ordered an iPhone 12 from Flipkart on 9th of October, it is showing an expected delivery on 15th of October, but it hasn't even been shipped yet, the amount was debited as soon as the order was placed and the customer care system is trash they ask u to wait 5 days to get an answer to the question you've asked, kindly help and make it deliver on the expected date otherwise I'll have to cancel the order and buy it from Amazon where they have a much better delivery system!

I ordered veet waxing straps on 23rd of Aug 2022 and at that time, delivery date was showing 27th of Aug 2022. But till now the order is not shipped and when I'm trying get help from the need help section of Flipkart, there is no response. Being a regular customer of Flipkart, it is very disturbing of not getting any help.
