[Resolved] Flipkart — Problem in Xiaomi phone purchased from Flipkart. | |
Mi3 phone was purchased through flipkart during Aug'14. since few weeks phone is not detecting SIM hence call was made to helpline of Xiaomi & Flipkart. Both are directing me to contact nearest service centre which is in Jaipur apx 300km far from my place Jodhpur. tried to contact at given address & phone number of service centre but not reply even it was confirmed when flipkart tried to contact them through conference call. Still customer service agent insisting me to visit Jaipur without any surety if i would able to contact service center.Xiaomi has not responded to my request yet.
Pls. advise what should I do? One year warranty period is expiring during this month. Was this information helpful? | |
